The Le Roma collection spans four destinations in North Bengaluru. Samsara and Vista welcome events today; Grandeur and Gardenia are upcoming, with their spaces and room counts still planned.

By format
Residential offsite, 100 to 280 delegates — Samsara. The room count decides it. 148 rooms across three blocks houses roughly 210 to 290 people depending on whether you run twin sharing, and the property has enough distinct spaces that sessions, meals and the evening happen somewhere different each time. The lakefront and pool matter for the informal hours, which is the actual reason to go residential.
Conference or meeting, airport-linked — Samsara today, with its banquet hall and boardroom. Grandeur is an upcoming hotel in Yelahanka, planned with a boardroom for up to 150 and a banquet hall for up to 250; register interest for dates after it opens.

Annual day, dealer meet or convention, 500 to 2,500 — Gardenia is planned with a 9,000 sq ft column-free hall and 45,000 sq ft of lawns across two spaces. It is not yet open for bookings; for current dates, begin with Samsara and its capacity of up to 1,200 guests.
Board meeting or leadership offsite, under 20 — Vista. Ten rooms and a whole-property booking, so exclusive use is standard rather than an upgrade. For a senior group who need privacy and several distinct settings within one building, the small scale is the feature.
Product launch or brand event — Samsara for a lakefront setting and covered pavilion today. Gardenia is a future option for a large column-free hall and grand arrival.
Team day out, no overnight — Samsara welcomes groups today with a pool and a lakeside setting. Gardenia's larger grounds are a future option once it opens.
Where none of these is the right answer
Worth saying plainly, because a shortlist built on optimism wastes everyone's time.
If your attendees are concentrated in Whitefield, Electronic City or the southern corridor and nobody is flying in, a venue on that side will serve you better. All four properties are north, and asking 200 people to cross Bengaluru at 6pm on a weekday is a real cost that no amenity offsets. We have written about how the corridors compare.
If you need more than 290 people staying overnight, no single Le Roma property houses them. That is a two-property programme or a different venue.
If you need a dedicated auditorium with fixed raked seating and installed AV, these are flexible event spaces rather than purpose-built auditoria. For a format that genuinely needs tiered sightlines, a convention centre is the better fit.
If the budget is tight and the headcount is small, a day format at a city hotel may simply be more sensible than any of this.
How to narrow it yourself
- Count the people who need a bed. That alone eliminates most of the shortlist.
- Count the cars, using two to three people per vehicle unless you are running shuttles.
- Decide the seating format for the largest session, then apply 6 to 8 sq ft per head for theatre and 12 to 15 for classroom or seated dining.
- Map where your attendees start the journey.
- Check the season and day of week, since October to February and weekends are the hardest to secure across all four.
