Choosing Between Le Roma's Four Venues: A Practical Guide

People ask us this a lot. "We're talking to Le Roma, but which property do we go to see?" The honest answer is that the four venues are quite different from each other. They share a parent brand and a level of finish, but the use cases are not interchangeable.
Here's the mental model we use internally to point clients in the right direction.
Start with the guest count
This sorts most decisions. The four venues span roughly two ranges:
- 350 to 500 guests — Vista, Grandeur
- 1,200 to 3,500 guests — Samsara, Gardenia
If you're planning a 100-guest wedding, going to Samsara is overkill. If you're planning a 1,500-guest reception, Vista is too small. Match the scale first; everything else follows.
Then think about what kind of feel you want
Each venue has a personality, and that's where guest count alone won't help.
Samsara — lakefront, Balinese, weddings
Samsara is the flagship for weddings. It sits on the edge of a lake, the architecture is Balinese-inspired, and the property has 148 rooms across three blocks. The Floating Mantapa, a ceremony platform built on the water, is unique to the venue.
Choose Samsara if you want a "destination wedding without leaving Bangalore" feel. It's also the best fit if your guest list includes a lot of NRIs flying in, because rooms-on-site means the wedding is a campus, not a series of buses.
Gardenia — 5-star deluxe, big banquet, sky lounge
Gardenia is the most "polished hotel" of the four. 81 rooms, a 9,000 sq ft banquet hall, a sky lounge, two restaurants, a spa. It opens later in 2026.
Choose Gardenia if your event needs the standard 5-star service stack: large banquet ceremonies, formal sit-down dinners, conference-style corporate events. It's also the right pick if you want the after-party to move from the banquet to a sky lounge with a different mood.
Grandeur — colonial business hotel, sports bar, near the airport
Grandeur is the smallest of the four hotels but the most business-traveller-friendly. Colonial-themed interiors, 81 rooms, a sports bar, a restaurant. It's 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport and minutes from IISc satellite campuses, IIA, and the IT corridor.
Choose Grandeur for corporate stays, mid-size offsites, smaller social events. The sports bar is a genuine differentiator; most hotels in the area don't have one.
Vista — boutique, intimate, antique-furnished
Vista is the smallest and the most distinctive. 10 antique-furnished suites, 350-guest event capacity, a fairy-light canopy lawn, original heritage interiors. It's not a hotel exactly. It's closer to a private property.
Choose Vista for weddings under 100 guests, intimate engagements, brand shoots, milestone birthdays where you want the venue to feel like a found gem rather than a booked banquet.
A short matrix
If you want a one-line pick:
| You're planning | Venue |
|---|---|
| 1,000+ guest wedding with NRIs | Samsara |
| 500-guest wedding with formal banquet | Gardenia |
| Corporate event with airport access | Grandeur |
| 50-guest engagement or intimate wedding | Vista |
| Multi-day wedding spanning ceremony, reception, sangeet | Samsara or Gardenia |
| Weekend offsite for 30-50 people | Grandeur or Vista |
| Heritage shoot location | Vista |
| Lakefront photoshoot | Samsara |
What to ask on the property visit
Wherever you end up, the property visit reveals what the website can't. A short list of useful questions:
- What does a typical day's schedule look like for an event of my size? Tells you whether the venue runs your event or you have to.
- Who is the on-property point person? If it changes between booking and the day, that's a red flag.
- What's the contingency for rain in April or August? If the only answer is "we hope it doesn't," ask follow-ups.
- Can I see a wedding mid-setup? Most properties will say no, but the answer reveals how transparent they're willing to be.

Still not sure?
Tell us the headline number, guest count, budget range, type of event, and we'll match you to the venue that fits. We don't have an incentive to push you to a property that's wrong for you. A 100-guest engagement at Samsara won't feel right, and we'd rather suggest Vista upfront than lose the booking later.
