These terms and conditions govern your use of Le Roma Hotels & Resorts properties, websites, and services. By making a booking or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
General Venue Rules
- All activities conducted at the venue must comply with government regulations. Le Roma Hotels & Resorts will not be responsible for any consequences arising due to non-compliance.
- Heavy structures or materials will not be allowed for setup at events. Guests should ensure there is no damage to the softscape or hardscape of the property.
- All facilities should be used for the purpose they are made available for, and all activities should take place at designated areas.
- Playing loud music on the premises is restricted after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbouring residents. Guests who do not comply may be asked to vacate the property.
- Misbehaviour with staff will not be tolerated and is punishable by law.
- Movement of material, staff, and labour of Le Roma Hotels & Resorts against theft, misuse, and damage is the responsibility of the client during occupation. In case of occurrence of any of the above, the cost will be charged to the client.
Guest Count & Valet
Maximum floating guest counts vary by property and event space. Complimentary valet staff are provided as per your booking agreement; provision of additional valet staff is based on the client's discretion and cost. Clients must adhere to the agreed guest count limitation. Exceeding the limitation may constitute grounds for booking cancellation.
Pool Usage
- Pool operational hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (may vary by property). Pool depth varies between 4–7 feet.
- Guests are advised not to enter the pool unless they know how to swim. There are no lifeguards on duty. In case of any mishaps, the Le Roma team will not be held responsible.
- Swimming costumes must be used to enter the pool. Clarity of pool water cannot be assured due to reasons beyond control.
Safety & Liability
- Safety of all guests is the responsibility of the client. Le Roma Hotels & Resorts will not be responsible for the security of guests, their belongings, or gate crashers during occupancy.
- Any and all facilities at the properties will be used by guests at their own risk.
- Management is not responsible for any risks occurring out of the use of the property. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them, their guests, or any person in their group, and money will be recovered to the extent of damages before check-out.
- Le Roma Hotels & Resorts and all its employees are indemnified against any and all acts or accidents that may arise during guests' stay at our properties worldwide.
- There will be indemnification of monetary costs directly or indirectly for losses incurred during the stay. Services by our employees will stop at midnight. Post midnight, every service should be managed by the guests.
- It is agreed that the guest will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises which can affect the environment.
Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our reservations team. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from Le Roma Hotels & Resorts.
- Balance payment of the total billing amount should be done 24 hours prior to check-in time. If not, the booking will be considered null and void, with no refund of the advance amount.
- The management has the right to request any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the property forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
- In case of default, the management has the right to remove the guest's luggage and belongings from the room occupied. Our staff will not be liable for any loss or misplacement of any of the guest's personal valuables or money.
Check-in & Check-out
- Clients are expected to be punctual to their designated check-in and check-out times, which will be intimated in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
- If an extension of stay is required, settlement of past-due amounts for the extended stay is compulsory.
- Delays in check-out will be billable on an hourly basis as per the applicable rate.
- Please present valid ID proof issued by the government upon check-in. Any damages done to the property are liable to the client.
- Basic cleaning of the venue needs to be taken care of by the client after the program.
Equipment & Property
- Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the property.
- A non-refundable deposit will be applicable for usage of the external outdoor kitchen by an external caterer. Please contact our events team for applicable rates.
- No outside decorators will be allowed unless prior written approval is obtained from the management.
- Extra beds provided in all categories are additional mattresses provided apart from the existing double beds with cots in the rooms.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Due to Government Order or Force Majeure
In case a Government Order is issued such that no weddings or events can be conducted at a venue for any reason, or any emergency arising (e.g., pandemic, epidemic, war, natural disaster) which is out of the venue's control, the following options are provided to guests whose events fall between the dates any such order becomes applicable:
- Option A: Postpone your booking to a new date (subject to availability).
- Option B: Transfer your booking to anyone else known to you for any auspicious event.
The venue rental and taxes paid will not be refunded; only the refundable deposit can be refunded if paid. Only the above options for utilisation of the facility will be provided. The customer acknowledges that on making a payment and confirming the booking, they cannot invoke force majeure to cancel the booking and demand a refund.
Cancellation for Personal Reasons or Unforeseen Incidents
If you are unable to conduct the event on your booked date for any personal reasons or emergencies (accident, death in the family, any unforeseen incident, etc.) apart from Government Orders:
- In case of an unforeseen incident, intimate us immediately and request a change of date. Proof of such an incident will be required if it occurs during the period of 3 months prior to your original booking date.
- In case of any other reason, intimate us a minimum of 3 months prior to the booked date, and request a change of date. No reason or proof needs to be furnished.
- The venue rental and taxes paid will not be refunded; only the refundable deposit can be refunded if paid. A refundable deposit is mandatory before check-in and will be refunded post check-out, subject to the property being handed over to management in the same condition.
- A credit note will be issued for the facilities booked with a validity of one year from the date of intimation of change of date, which can be used by you or transferred to anyone of your choice. Dates are subject to availability.
- Change of date will be allowed only once. No further changes will be accommodated.
No Refund Policy
No refund once the payment is made — we follow a strict no-refund policy. All communication with the venue or its management regarding booking matters should be via email.
Liquor License
If you would like to have alcohol served at your event, kindly obtain a one-day Liquor License from the Excise Department. You will need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from us for obtaining the license — please contact us to arrange this. No alcohol can be served at our premises without the one-day Liquor License. Please note that if the Government does not allow consumption of alcohol on your given date at the premises, this should be strictly followed and no exception will be made.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Le Roma Hotels & Resorts and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
