Le Roma Samsara is looking for a Front Office Executive to be the face of South India's premier lakefront venue. You'll be the first and last impression for guests attending weddings, corporate events and stays, keeping check-in, requests and billing running smoothly.

What you'll do

Greet and check guests in and out, handling reservations and requests professionally
Act as the primary point of contact for guest queries and requests during their stay
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and the events team so guest needs are met on time
Maintain accurate front office records, folios and billing

What we're looking for

1-3 years experience in hospitality
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English and Hindi/Kannada
