Le Roma Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Event Coordinator to plan and run weddings, corporate events and celebrations across our portfolio of luxury venues.

What you'll do

Coordinate weddings, corporate events and celebrations end-to-end, from planning through execution
Liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams (catering, decor, operations) to keep events on track
Manage event timelines, checklists and on-the-day logistics across multiple properties
Troubleshoot issues on-site and keep events running smoothly for guests and hosts

What we're looking for

2-5 years event management experience
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Experience with luxury or hospitality events preferred
