Le Roma Hotels and Resorts is looking for a high energy and dynamic sales executive Development Representative to close new revenue. This role will be responsible for servicing inbound inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective clients. The role will also be responsible for generating leads through outbound calling.
Core Responsibilities:
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Cold call leads generated through different channels to qualify, convert leads
- Identify new opportunities, evaluate quality of leads flow and close leads
- Effectively partner and work with the on ground operations team
- Work closely with other teams like marketing to develop weekly and monthly progress reports
- Schedule appointments and property visits for closing clients
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
- Generate referrals from existing clients and up-sell, cross sell where feasible
- Grow Le Roma Channel Partner tie ups and generate regular business from them
Requirements:
- Proven business development success through effective use of sales tools
- Capability of understanding client preferences, requirements and correlating potential business that can be generated
- Strong and professional English communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
- Able to act without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
- Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead
- Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
- Prior experience in the Hospitality industry would be preferred
Timings:
Physical presence at any of the Le Roma Gardenia propertie required at least 6 days a week from 10:30am - 7pm with rotating weekly off.
