Make people feel the occasion.
A practical companion for designers, editors and photographers. Apply the shared identity to each channel, with a clear reason for every post.
One brand. Different energies.
#Weddings should evoke emotion and help people picture their own celebration. Corporate stories should feel lively, sociable and purposeful: show teams working and enjoying time together.
Give each post one audience and one message. Keep corporate stories with corporate stories, and wedding stories with wedding stories. The profile can carry both, alongside useful views of empty spaces.
Create a sense of occasion. Calm architecture can set the scene, but a constant quiet-wellness treatment misses the energy of this hospitality brand. Let real celebrations bring colour; the palette does not require a green wash over every image.
Compose for the format
#Working production defaults: 4:5 portrait feed artwork at 1080 × 1350; 9:16 vertical Reels and Stories at 1080 × 1920. Reserve 16:9 for a separately composed landscape film. These are starting canvases, not a complete platform specification.
Use one clear headline and a deliberate alignment. Keep each carousel consistent. Check the first frame, cover crop, captions and final call to action at actual phone size.
Platform reference: Meta’s Reels creative guidance recommends vertical 9:16 creative with key content in the safe zone. Check the current preview for the intended placement.
The transcript mentions 16:9 in the Instagram discussion. Vertical Reels use 9:16; verify the placement preview before export.
A signature that stays readable
#Bottom-right was the placement direction discussed for static posts. The diagrams below translate it into a working layout; exact margins and video placement still need a template review.
Use the supplied ink or olive artwork on a clean light panel and ivory on a dark panel. Gold is the identity accent, not a reason to accept poor contrast. Keep at least one logo-height of clear space and never reduce the full lockup below 120px in a digital composition.
Do not put the logo over faces, meaningful details or a busy photograph. For video, use a stable solid panel or end card if the image changes behind the mark. Preserve its proportions; do not redraw, animate the bee separately or add a glow.
A Reel’s bottom-right edge carries interface controls. Bring the signature inside the unobstructed content area, and check the actual placement preview. Do not apply a static-post corner position blindly to video.
Show both the space and the experience
#Pair a clear empty-space view with the space in use. The first helps a planner understand scale and layout; the second helps them imagine their guests there. Neither replaces the other.
Prioritise guest-level perspectives, genuine emotion, expressive decor, food, tables and distinctive architectural details. Use aerials selectively to establish geography; avoid relying on distant shots that lose the human feeling.
Show founder-led decisions, selected objects and work in progress as a story of how a place is made. Historical Gardenia material must be labelled as historical; it is not evidence of the new resort being open.
Match every caption to the visible moment. Avoid unexplained sarcasm, small text and unrelated captions. Secure permission and credits for guest and photographer material before use.
A brief an editor can use
#Specify the property, audience, intended feeling, format, approved source clips, single message and call to action before editing. Weddings: connection and anticipation. Corporate: participation, teamwork and shared enjoyment.
Open with a moment worth watching. Build a short, coherent sequence rather than a catalogue of unrelated spaces. Keep captions readable, paced with speech and clear of the platform interface. Review with sound on and off.
Select music and footage cleared for the intended use. Prepare the story and a low-cost rough cut before spending on generation. AI imagery must not invent rooms, views, amenities, events or guest testimonials.
A calendar with room for real life
#Plan a rolling three-month content calendar around monthly themes, the event mix and available assets, with room for timely moments. A monthly theme guides the mix; it does not exclude all other subjects.
Keep ongoing posting running while testing formats. Start with existing images and clips. Identify specific gaps before requesting an extra shoot or budget.
Useful pillars include celebrations, corporate gatherings, individual spaces, planning checklists, food and experiences, and the people who shape Le Roma. Treat proposed events as ideas until operations confirms them.
Test an idea, then learn from it
#The working proposal is a 12-week pilot. Agree the final duration and start date before launch. Select one change per comparison, such as a checklist opening versus a venue-only opening.
Prioritise shares and saves for the organic creative experiment. Record reach and calculate shares per reach and saves per reach at the same post age. Keep likes and comments as supporting context. Compare several similar posts before deciding a format works.
Keep organic and paid results separate. Qualified enquiries, visits, bookings and revenue remain distinct business outcomes; a save is not a sale. Test one call to action at a time and record whether it points to WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
An automatic reply is not a completed conversation. Assign a daily inbox check and human follow-up; record unanswered enquiries separately from platform engagement.
Before a creative leaves the studio
#Check the property and its live or upcoming status, the accuracy of all facts, the intended audience, the approved logo file, text contrast, crop, caption, call to action and usage permissions.
Supply the editable source, the export and a phone-size preview. Identify any new layout or unresolved decision for review. These examples are working guidance, not released editable templates or permission to publish.
