Which signature, when?
#The full signature introduces Le Roma. LR brings a quieter signature to everyday details: linen, uniforms, robes, key cards and leather folders. Use the bee sparingly; a text-only wordmark is not supplied.
The full signature
Entrances, website introductions, official stationery and corporate presentations. Use the complete supplied lockup when the name needs to be recognised.
Just LR
Linen, robes, uniforms, key cards and leather folders. Use the supplied monogram where the Le Roma setting is already clear; keep product and property information separate.
Use the warm-gold LR artwork from the current kit. Embroidery, foil and embossing should preserve its proportions; check a material sample before manufacture.
A bee as a detail
Reserve it for a deliberate emblem or seal. Use the striped bee from the current kit, with its open stripes intact.
A name in running text
Write “Le Roma Hotels & Resorts” in the document’s typeface. This is ordinary text, not a new wordmark. Do not crop the bee out of a logo to create a text-only asset.
A background for every signature

The standalone bee
Use this striped emblem on its own or within the supplied secondary seal. Keep the stripes open at the final size.
Approved standard · 28 September 2026. Use the striped bee for all new work. The plain-tail bee is retired. Download the v3 kit; do not reuse the mixed-bee v1 or v2 kits, fill in the stripes or redraw the emblem.

- Use the official logo files provided — never recreate or approximate
- Maintain the clear space of at least 1x the logo height on all sides
- Place on solid backgrounds (white, cream, or earth green)
- Use the light version on dark backgrounds and vice versa
- Minimum display size: 120px wide for digital, 30mm for print
Avoid
- Stretch, skew, or rotate the logo
- Change the logo colours or add effects (shadows, glows, gradients)
- Place on busy photographic backgrounds without a solid backing
- Crop or partially obscure any element of the logo
- Add outlines, borders, or decorative elements to the logo
The corporate rule is a full logo-height of clear space. Samsara’s source guide specifies the height of the “L”; use the more generous corporate clearance in shared family compositions.
Partnerships & co-branding
#Keep the master-brand lockup intact. A partnership must not change the supplied bee, typography, proportions, or colour of the mark.
The approved Koski campaign artwork is a specific combined bee and wordmark for dark backgrounds. Its larger wordmark and spacing are part of that supplied composition. Use it for the Koski campaign, rather than as a replacement master logo.
A general partner-lockup template is not available in this library. Request brand review for a new partnership.
